This shipping policy applies to orders placed on Arbhu Store.

Processing and delivery

We process orders according to stock location and availability. Confirmed US-stock orders usually arrive in 2-3 business days. India-origin air shipments usually arrive in 7-15 business days. Import duties are included in the final customer price. Timelines may still vary by product, order size, destination and carrier.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown during checkout before payment. Promotional free-shipping thresholds may change over time and will be reflected in the cart or checkout.

Out of stock items

If an item is unavailable or delayed after an order is placed, we will contact you using the order contact details to discuss the next step, such as waiting for restock, partial fulfillment, replacement or refund.

Bulk and wholesale orders

Bulk, wholesale, custom, import or air-shipment orders may follow a separate delivery timeline. Please contact us before placing time-sensitive large orders.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and help with the next step based on the carrier and order details.
