Processing and delivery

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible based on stock availability. Most standard US orders are planned around 3-7 business days when inventory is available. Delivery timelines may vary by product, order size, destination, carrier and whether stock ships from the US or from India.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown during checkout before payment. Promotional free-shipping thresholds may change over time and will be reflected in the cart or checkout.

Out of stock items

If an item is unavailable or delayed after an order is placed, we will contact you using the order contact details to discuss the next step, such as waiting for restock, partial fulfillment, replacement or refund.

Bulk and wholesale orders

Bulk, wholesale, custom, import or air-shipment orders may follow a separate delivery timeline. Please contact us before placing time-sensitive large orders.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and help with the next step based on the carrier and order details.
